1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using UltimateIPTVHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. We may modify these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

UltimateIPTVHub provides a digital subscription service delivering IPTV streaming access including live channels, on-demand content, and EPG data. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific uptime. Quality depends on your internet connection, device, and network conditions.

3. Account & Eligibility

  • You must be 18+ to create an account.
  • You are responsible for credential confidentiality.
  • Each subscription provides a specified number of simultaneous connections (typically 1).
  • Account sharing or redistribution is prohibited.
  • You must provide accurate registration information.

4. Billing

  • Prices are displayed on our Pricing page at time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions are prepaid and do not auto-renew.
  • Prices may change; active subscriptions unaffected during current period.
  • All prices in USD.

5. Free Trials

Trials provide full access for 24 hours. Limited to one per person/household. No payment required. Trials expire automatically without converting to paid subscriptions.

6. Acceptable Use

Your use is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to restream, redistribute, share credentials, or use the Service commercially without authorization.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, unauthorized sharing, payment disputes, or legal requirements. No refund for termination due to violations.

9. Intellectual Property

We do not claim ownership of third-party content. We act as a technology intermediary. Copyright concerns: see our DMCA Notice page.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid during the 12 months preceding a claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration.
